I did the insurance on compare the market.com and it was routine. I used Saga because I wanted my documents sent through the post rather than online as sometimes in the past I have found it difficult cancelling insurances online as they seem to roll over to the next year if one does not tick a certain box and in some cases the box does not exist anyway. I have been satisfied with my dealings with Saga in the past as I have had car insurance with you although I do shop around each year for both home and car insurances.

I have always believed that Saga would give value for money and that they were reasonable priced. I see now value in cheap insurance. Essentially one gets what one pays for. When my car was stolen Saga were helpful, professional and efficient. The most difficult thing was getting through on the phone but I prefer the human contact. In any case they are better than many companies at answering the phone.

Quick and easy process to follow. Very reasonable rates.Trustworthy company as we use them for our car insurance too.

Very good price and better cover than most competitors

I would have left a 5 star review. The reason I didn't was because of the length of time I had to wait on the phone before being connected to a representative. Other than that, the Rep was very helpful and polite.

Quite difficult for a senior citizen navigating online but halpful prompts and some phone help saw me through.

Easy from start to finish , however price went up twice from original quote.
